How to order a product?

After selecting categories such as dimension, quantity, product color, or any other category that needs to be entered, select the add to cart option and then the number "1" will appear in the upper right corner, indicating that the product has been added to the cart.

How does the shopping cart work?

In the cart you can delete a product, change the quantity of a product or add a coupon code, through which you can get an additional discount on the total price, which automatically calculates the price.

Where can I get a discount coupon?

You can usually get a coupon on our social networks where we post a code for special occasions so you can get a discount.


How are the products protected?

All our products are protected in cardboard packaging.


How can I pay the order?

For now you can pay by bank transfer. We are working on other options as well!

When do I receive my payment information?

After selecting the payment option, you will receive the payment information, a new page is opened containing the order details and payment information, but you also receive the information on your mail.

What is the SWIFT code?

The SWIFT code is a bank identification code, ie an international code used by banks for financial transactions. Each bank has its own SWIFT (BIC). In this way, European and International payment orders automatically reach the correct bank and branch. SWIFT can be 8 or 11 characters long, depending on whether it contains branch information.

Can I cancel my order?

In this case, you have 48h to cancel your order by sending us an email or through the contact form.

How and when do I get my receipt?

You will receive the receipt after the payment is visible on our bank account. You receive it via the email you provided during the filling out your shipping information.


What is the shipping price and do you deliver worldwide?

Shipping price is free for Croatia area, and shipping price for your country will automatically appear during the payment after you select the country option. Yes, we ship worldwide.

What is the delivery time within the Republic of Croatia?

Delivery time is 5-7 business days.

What is the delivery time outside the Republic of Croatia?

Delivery time is 15-20 business days.

How do you send a products?

We send our products via Croatian Post, where you can track all your orders. After shipment, we send the order tracking number.

What if the package is damaged?

If the package is damaged, you are not required to receive it by the postman. Everything you receive from the postman is automatically accepted by you and they are fenced off. So always check the cardboard packaging. If the product is damaged from the inside, please take a picture of the damage and send it through the contact form with additional description.
